Did you know that staying up for too long will create the same symptoms as if you're really drunk? Driving a car after days with no sleep is just as dangerous as drunk driving.

If you're awake for more than 36 hours the stress will start to mess with not only your brain, but with your heart as well.

So remember to sleep often and to sleep well. There's few things that will help the body recover as well as sleep does!
